What Is Neuro Reset Technique (NRT)?

How does it work?

My role is to help your nervous system reconnect, so your body can organise itself more effectively again.


I work directly with your nervous system using gentle touch and stimulation to bring awareness back to specific areas of the body. You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout, with the focus always on working with your body, not forcing change.


By gently checking muscle responses, we can identify where your body is struggling to communicate clearly or feels the need to stay guarded. From there, we support those areas so your nervous system can update its signals and begin to restore more balanced movement and function.
